TDUX Cable Duct Sealing System

TDUX is an innovative, wrap-around sealing system designed for permanent protection of cable ducts against water and gas ingress. Thanks to its unique gas-filled, pressurized design, TDUX ensures reliable sealing even under demanding operating conditions, preventing water penetration from ducts into manholes and cable chambers.

The TDUX sealing system can be used in penetrations and installations made of plastics, concrete, or steel, as well as in ducts containing cables with polyethylene or lead sheaths. Its flexible construction allows proper sealing even when ducts or cables have non-standard, elliptical shapes.

TDUX is characterized by quick and easy installation, even in hard-to-reach locations and in situations where water is flowing from the duct. The product is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and resistant to chemicals and microorganisms.

The system can be dismantled and reinstalled, which simplifies maintenance work and future modifications. A wide range of sizes makes it possible to select the appropriate seal for various cable and duct diameters.

Technical Data

• Inner duct diameter range (for 2 cables): 110–125 mm

• External cable diameter range (single cable or combined):

  • In minimum duct diameter: 0–83 mm

  • In maximum duct diameter: 0–103 mm

• Internal operating pressure of the TDUX sleeve:
  3.0 ± 0.2 bar (achieved using a CO2 inflation gun; recommended tool: T-DUX-IT-16)

• Additional accessories: TDUX-CL clips (for installations with more than two cables)

Installation requires filling the TDUX sleeve with gas. This is done using a CO2 inflation gun. The manufacturer recommends the TDUX T-DUX-IT-16 tool, which enables the required operating pressure to be reached.
