ZTE F673A V2 is an advanced GPON ONT subscriber terminal designed for use in FTTH fiber-optic networks for home users, small businesses and SOHO installations. The device combines the functions of an optical terminal, network gateway, WiFi access point, telephony gateway and CATV interface.
Thanks to GPON technology, the terminal provides broadband Internet access and supports services such as VoIP, IPTV and HD video transmission. Its interfaces include 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 1 POTS port, a USB 2.0 port, WiFi and an RF CATV port.
The ZTE F673A V2 is equipped with 1 GPON port with an SC/UPC connector, designed to connect the device to the operator's fiber-optic infrastructure.
The terminal uses Class B+ optics and supports features including FEC and dynamic bandwidth allocation (DBA). Authentication of the terminal in the GPON network can be performed using the serial number (SN) or a password, in accordance with the mechanisms specified in the ITU-T G.984.3 standard.
The GPON interface operates at a wavelength of 1310 nm for upstream and 1490 nm for downstream transmission.

These functions make it possible to logically separate different types of traffic and can be used by operators to separate Internet, VoIP and other services delivered over an FTTH network.
The ZTE F673A V2 has a compact enclosure measuring 220 × 160 × 32 mm, making it easy to install in homes and small SOHO environments.
The terminal is designed as a multifunctional access gateway that helps reduce the number of separate devices required to provide fiber-optic services.
