ZTE F623 GPON ONT with WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet, USB and Telephone Port

ZTE F623 is a functional GPON ONT designed for use in FTTH fiber optic networks. The device combines the functions of an optical terminal, router, WiFi access point and telephone gateway, enabling multiple services to be delivered over a single fiber optic infrastructure.

The terminal uses a GPON optical interface and provides stable data transmission, enabling high-speed Internet access as well as services such as VoIP and IPTV. Advanced Layer 3 (L3) functions allow users to create and manage a smart home network.

GPON Interface

The ZTE F623 is equipped with 1 SC/UPC optical port, which is used to connect the device to the operator's GPON infrastructure. The terminal serves as the fiber optic network termination point at the subscriber's premises, providing access to broadband services.

GPON technology enables data, voice and video transmission over a single fiber optic connection, allowing the ZTE F623 to be used for Triple Play services.

Ethernet Ports

The terminal features 4 Ethernet ports, allowing wired connections for computers, TVs, gaming consoles, IPTV set-top boxes, switches and other network devices.

Available ports include:

• 1 × Gigabit Ethernet,
• 3 × Fast Ethernet.

The Gigabit LAN port enables high-speed wired connectivity for devices requiring greater bandwidth.

2.4 GHz WiFi

The ZTE F623 features a built-in 2.4 GHz WiFi access point compliant with IEEE 802.11b/g/n standards. This allows users to wirelessly connect smartphones, tablets, computers, Smart TVs and other network devices.

The integrated WiFi function eliminates the need for an additional access point in basic home installations.

VoIP Support

The device is equipped with 1 FXS RJ11 telephone port (POTS), allowing an analog telephone to be connected directly.

Thanks to its integrated voice gateway, the ZTE F623 can support VoIP services provided by the operator through the GPON infrastructure.

IPTV Support

The ZTE F623 can also be used to support IPTV services. The integration of GPON, Ethernet and WiFi functions enables television content to be delivered to compatible devices connected to the local network.

Support for Internet, telephony and television services makes the terminal a central component of a home telecommunications infrastructure.

USB 2.0 Port

The terminal features 1 USB 2.0 port, allowing compatible USB devices, such as storage media, to be connected.

Depending on the device software configuration, the port may also be used to share USB resources across the local network.

Layer 3 Functions

The ZTE F623 offers advanced Layer 3 (L3) networking functions, enabling the creation and management of a smart home network.

The device can serve as a central communication point for wired and wireless devices, providing shared access to the Internet connection and additional services.
