FIBERM microduct bundles are a versatile fiber optic microduct system designed not only for the construction and expansion of telecommunication networks but also for infrastructure investments such as road construction, expansion of technological ducts, and FTTH systems in both urban and rural areas. Their modular design, mechanical durability, and compliance with applicable standards make them ideal for installation in both new and existing infrastructure.
WMR-type bundles are a solution in which the microduct bundle is placed inside an additional protective sheath, providing enhanced mechanical and environmental protection. This design is used in locations exposed to high loads, mechanical damage, or challenging soil conditions – for example, in pipe jacking, horizontal directional drilling, along roadways, or in sections near heavy infrastructure.
The protective sheath increases the bundle’s resistance to compression and bending while making it easier to insert into existing technological ducts.
