TDUX-45 is an advanced sealing system designed for medium-diameter cable ducts. It provides effective protection against groundwater, moisture ingress, and gases entering cable manholes. Its wraparound design allows installation even in areas with limited access.
The product enables sealing of one or several cables with different diameters using a single seal size.
Internal duct diameter range: 32.5–45 mm
Total cable diameter:
for a duct with an internal diameter of 32.5 mm: 0–14 mm
for a duct with an internal diameter of 45 mm: 0–32 mm
Water- and gas-tight up to 50 kPa
Installation possible even when water is flowing out of the duct
Chemical and biological resistance
When sealing a larger number of cables (more than 3), the use of TDUX-CL clips is required. They ensure even cable distribution and optimal adjustment of the seal to the cross-section of the duct.
Installation requires filling the TDUX sleeve with gas using a CO2 inflation gun. The manufacturer recommends the tool: TDUX T-DUX-IT-16, which enables the sleeve to reach the required operating pressure.
