U-STC (Universal Soft Tube Cable) is a modern, lightweight, and durable dielectric fiber optic cable designed for a wide range of telecommunications applications. The soft tube–based construction provides fast and convenient access to fibers, significantly simplifying installation and maintenance work.
The cable can be installed both indoors and outdoors—inside cable ducts, on building façades, and in vertical risers. Thanks to its very high fire resistance class B2ca, it is ideally suited for transitions between fire zones, telecommunications nodes, and public utility buildings.
U-STC B2ca is particularly recommended for:
penetration of central offices and telecommunications nodes,
FTTA connections in high-rise buildings,
installations in data centers and high-risk facilities,
road and railway infrastructure,
public buildings requiring the highest fire safety standards.
The fully non-metallic construction, reinforced with FRP elements and E-glass fiberglass, ensures high mechanical strength while maintaining a small diameter and low cable weight.
