The Tele-Fonika Z-XOTKtsdD fibre optic cable is designed for installation in primary ducts (Ø110) or secondary ducts (Ø32, Ø40). Thanks to its external aramid yarn reinforcement (Kevlar), it can also be suspended from telecommunications poles, low- and medium-voltage power poles, and traction poles, with spans of approximately 50 m between poles.
The cable is fully dielectric, allowing it to be installed in the vicinity of medium- and high-voltage power lines. It provides excellent moisture protection and features a UV-resistant outer sheath.

Applications:
The Tele-Fonika Z-XOTKtsdD fibre optic cable is a universal outdoor cable designed for operation in demanding environmental conditions.
The HDPE outer sheath provides resistance to UV radiation and mechanical damage.
Additional aramid fibre reinforcement significantly improves the cable’s mechanical strength, increasing its tensile resistance by up to three times compared with cables without aramid reinforcement.
The cable can be installed in cable ducts, pipelines and aerial networks, as well as directly suspended from telecommunications and power poles.
Mechanical properties:
Z-XOTKtsdD cables with 1.8 mm tubes and a capacity of 12–96 fibres have a tensile strength of up to 3,000 N, equivalent to approximately 300 kg.
The use of aramid yarn reinforcement (Kevlar) allows the cable to be installed in locations exposed to higher mechanical loads, for example in aerial suspension applications.
A lower-strength and more economical alternative is the Z-XOTKtsd version, which does not feature aramid reinforcement but uses the same outer sheath and provides the same UV resistance.
