QUIKSET Q1000 is a two-component geopolymer-based foundation compound designed for the quick and durable installation of posts in soil substrates. It provides a modern alternative to traditional fast-setting concrete and metal anchors.
The product is designed for the installation of steel and wooden posts with a diameter or cross-section of 6 to 10 cm. It is ideal for building fences, installing gates, pergolas, shelters, flagpoles, benches, tables, swings, and playground equipment.
Fast installation
A foundation can be completed in less than one hour. The compound reaches approximately 80% of its final strength after only 2 hours, and full curing is achieved after 24 hours.
Easy preparation
The product is practically ready to use. Simply mix both components inside the package and pour the prepared compound into the previously drilled hole.
No need for water or heavy equipment
QUIKSET does not require a concrete mixer, electricity, or transportation of heavy concrete bags. Installation is simple and convenient, even in hard-to-reach locations.
Resistance to weather conditions
The compound does not crack or crumble like fast-setting concrete. The foundation remains durable for many years, and under suitable operating conditions, the resin can withstand underground conditions for up to 50–80 years.
Protection of wooden posts
The QUIKSET foundation is waterproof and limits moisture penetration, helping to protect wood against rotting. With proper protection, posts can maintain their durability for many years.
Eco-friendly solution
The geopolymer system is more environmentally friendly than traditional concrete and generates significantly lower CO2 emissions.
Safe application
The QUIKSET system is certified for use with elements such as playground equipment.

Product consumptionOne package of QUIKSET Q1000 allows the installation of a post measuring approximately 10 × 10 cm in a hole with a diameter of approximately 20 cm and a depth of 60 cm. Compared to concrete, the required hole is smaller, which means:
If a larger amount of compound is required, the next package should only be used after the previous layer has cured. The curing time depends on the ambient temperature and usually ranges from several to several dozen minutes. |
For posts measuring 7 × 7 cm and 8 × 8 cm:
For posts measuring 9 × 9 cm:
For posts measuring 10 × 10 cm:
To achieve the best installation results, it is recommended to prepare holes using an auger.
A fast, lightweight, and convenient method for stable post installation. The QUIKSET system reduces installation time and provides durable fixing without the need for traditional foundation methods.
