NJOY UPS Cadu 850 – compact backup power supply for basic applications

NJOY UPS Cadu 850 is a compact and reliable Line-Interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) designed to protect computers, network devices, and electronic equipment against power outages and voltage surges. With a power rating of 480 W and voltage stabilization functionality, the device ensures data protection and stable operation of connected equipment at home or in a small office.

Voltage stabilization and fast response to power failures

The UPS is equipped with an automatic voltage regulation (AVR) system (Boost and Buck), which maintains stable output voltage without switching to battery power. The short transfer time to battery mode, ranging from only 2–6 ms, ensures uninterrupted operation of connected devices during power interruptions.

Additional surge protection with an energy rating of 475 J protects connected equipment against sudden voltage spikes and disturbances in the electrical network.

Clear LCD display and intelligent diagnostic functions

The device features a clear LCD display providing information about the current operating mode, battery status, overload condition, and possible errors. The automatic self-test function and battery replacement alarm help maintain the UPS in full working condition and ready for operation.

Protection of devices and LAN networks

The UPS provides two Schuko sockets with battery backup as well as RJ11/RJ45 telephone and network line protection with a throughput of up to 1 Gb/s. This allows the device to protect not only electrical equipment but also network devices against the effects of voltage surges.

The HID USB communication port enables UPS monitoring and management of its functions using dedicated software.

Compact design and quiet operation

Thanks to its compact dimensions and a weight of only 5 kg, the device can easily fit near a workstation or in a small office space. The low noise level of below 40 dB allows comfortable operation even in quiet environments.
