The Tracom FTTX ODU BLACK 4IN-9S is a compact box-type fiber optic closure (closure with integrated distribution panel), designed to protect fiber optic connections and create branching points in FTTH and FTTx networks. Thanks to its integrated panel with a split box, it allows convenient fiber termination and distribution while ensuring quick and aesthetically pleasing installation.

The housing is made of high-quality plastic resistant to UV radiation, chemicals and extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +60°C. The IP65 protection rating provides effective protection against dust and moisture, making the closure suitable for aerial, duct and underground installations.

The model features 4 input ports for cables up to 9 mm in diameter and 9 output ports for cables up to 3 mm in diameter, allowing convenient connection of feeder and subscriber cables. The integrated split box accommodates 9 SC Simplex or LC Duplex adapters and an optical splitter 1×8 SC or 1×16 LC Steel, significantly simplifying the construction of distribution points.

The closure provides space for 17 fiber optic splices and includes one integrated splice tray. All metal components are made of corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring durability and reliable operation over many years.
