The IMC-21 is a high-quality industrial media converter designed for reliable operation in harsh environmental conditions. It enables the conversion of Ethernet 10/100BaseT(X) (twisted pair, RJ-45) signals to 100BaseFX fiber, supporting both single-mode and multi-mode (SC or ST connectors). By using fiber optics, the network range can be significantly extended, while eliminating electromagnetic interference common in industrial environments.
Compact design with DIN rail mounting
The unit measures only 25 × 109 × 97 mm, allowing easy integration even in limited spaces. Its IP30-rated plastic housing supports quick and secure DIN rail installation.

Enhanced reliability – Link Fault Pass-Through (LFP)
The LFP function automatically reports link failures—if the signal is lost on one side of the converter, the other side is deactivated as well. This prevents unnecessary network traffic and enables fast troubleshooting.
