MikroTik RouterBoard wAP ac LTE6 kit

The MikroTik RouterBoard wAP ac LTE6 kit (consisting of wAP R ac and the R11e-LTE6 card) is a weather-resistant wireless access point with a built-in modem supporting 2G, 3G, and 4G (LTE Cat. 6) connections. It is also equipped with a built-in radio module operating in the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, supporting 802.11b/g/n/a/ac standards, and features 2x Gigabit Ethernet ports.

The enclosure is waterproof and suitable for mounting both indoors and outdoors, as well as in vehicles, gardens, and anywhere wireless internet access is needed. The device can be mounted on walls, ceilings, poles, and flat surfaces - it comes with a desktop stand and necessary mounting brackets.

LTE Cat.6 also supports carrier aggregation, allowing the device to use multiple bands simultaneously, which is advantageous in congested environments and improves performance in rural areas with weaker signals. The LTE6 module of the device is connected to two internal antennas via UFL pigtails, providing the option to connect an external LTE antenna for extended range. It can be powered via passive PoE or 802.3af/at, or DC socket.

For LTE, the maximum theoretical connection throughput is 300 Mbps for download and 50 Mbps for upload. It supports bands 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 12, 17, 20, 25, 26, 38, 39, 40, and 41n; the LTE antenna gain is approximately 4 dBi. For WiFi, the maximum theoretical wireless transmission throughput is 1200 Mbps (300 Mbps - 2.4 GHz and 867 Mbps - 5 GHz). It features an omnidirectional antenna with a gain of 2.5 dBi.

The wAP ac LTE6 kit is powered by a quad-core 716 MHz processor and 128 MB of RAM, capable of handling heavy loads. It is equipped with two Gigabit Ethernet ports, dual-chain 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wireless network for dual simultaneous AP coverage. For ease of use, the device now comes with a Micro SIM slot.
