MikroTik RouterBOARD SXTsq HP is a new device from the SXT series designed to operate in the 5 GHz band, supporting standards 802.11 a/n and utilizing 2x2 MIMO technology. Its maximum theoretical throughput is 300 Mb/s. Housed in an enclosure with a 16 dBi panel antenna, identical to the standard SXT Lite 5 or SXTsq Lite 5, the High Power version stands out with a stronger built-in radio, with a transmit power of up to 28 dBm (630 mW), whereas the maximum power of the Lite 5 version is 25 dBm (320 mW). SXTsq 5 HP features RouterOS with a Level 4 license, making it ideal for use as a client device in point-to-multipoint connections, but it can also be used in point-to-point connections.
The offered product comes with a very compact enclosure, being half the thickness of a regular SXT Lite5, making it mountable on a pole using a hose clamp. It is powered by passive PoE, with an input voltage range of 10 - 28 V DC. Included in the package are a 24 V, 0.38 A power adapter and a PoE injector.
