The RouterBOARD 4011iGS+RM is another device from MikroTik's X011 series. It is equipped with 10 gigabit Ethernet ports and 1 SFP+ slot (10 Gb/s). The construction is based on a quad-core AL21400 processor clocked at 1.4 GHz, the same processor used in the RB1100AHx4. The device has 1 GB of RAM and 512 MB of built-in NAND memory. Switching is handled by the RTL8367SB switch chip.
The offered product features PoE input on port 1 and PoE output on port 10. The voltage range is 18 - 57 V DC. The router can also be powered via the DC jack, and a 24 V, 1.5 A power supply is included in the package (without PoE injector). It comes with a desktop-type enclosure, but rack ears for mounting in a 19" Rack cabinet are included. The device runs RouterOS with a Level 5 license.
The SFP+ port for proper operation with 1G modules requires setting the speed manually in the RB4011 and the connected device. Devices not supporting port speed forcing will not work correctly with RB4011 - this applies only to 1G speed modules.
RB4011 does not support passive DAC cables.
