The MikroTik RouterBoard OmniTIK 5 ac is a new version of the popular MikroTik OmniTIK 5 access point (RBOmniTikU-5HnD). The device has been equipped with a radio compatible with the modern 802.11ac standard, a more efficient processor clocked at 720 MHz (QCA9557), and more RAM (128 MB). The fully weatherproof enclosure makes it suitable for outdoor use, adequately protected against environmental factors.

OmniTIK 5 ac features two built-in omnidirectional antennas with a gain of 7.5 dBi each. Additionally, it is equipped with a high-power radio with up to 31 dBm (1300 mW) output. The model comes with 5 gigabit Ethernet ports and an additional USB port. It operates solely in the 5 GHz band and is not a dual-band access point. Power is supplied via passive PoE, with an input voltage range of 12 - 57 V (a 24 V, 0.8 A power adapter is included in the package). The device runs RouterOS with a Level 4 license.
