The MikroTik RouterBoard LtAP mini is a compact, waterproof, and wireless access point operating in the 2.4 GHz band and supporting the 802.11b/g/n standard.
The device is equipped with an integrated LTE antenna with a gain of 1.5 dBi (with two u.fl connectors), a miniPCI-e socket for use with any LTE modem, one 10/100Mb/s Ethernet port, and an RS232 serial port providing console access for debugging. The LtAP mini has three power options: 9-30 V PoE-in, DC socket, and microUSB.
It features a special waterproof enclosure with a wall mounting kit and two SIM card slots, allowing for cards from different operators to be used for backup connectivity. It supports integrated GPS, making it ideal for vehicle applications such as cars, buses, or trains. The GPS module enables features like real-time vehicle tracking (sample configuration from MikroTik).
The device does not include a GPS antenna, which is available separately as the MikroTik ACGPSA.
