The MikroTik RouterBoard LHGG LTE6 kit (RBLHGGR&R11e-LTE6) is a new model in the MikroTik LHG series designed for 2G, 3G, and LTE (category 6) networks. The LHGG LTE6 kit is composed of a radio integrated with an antenna with a gain of 17 dBi, featuring 1 Gigabit Ethernet port (10/100/1000 Mbps), distinguishing it from cheaper solutions. The device is based on the 88F3720 processor with 2 cores clocked at 1.2 GHz. It also includes 1 microSIM slot and 256 MB of RAM. The maximum theoretical throughput (in LTE category 6) is 300 Mbps for downloading data and 50 Mbps for uploading data.
LTE category 6 also supports carrier aggregation, allowing the device to use multiple bands simultaneously. This is a significant advantage in areas with many LTE users, providing better performance in congested environments and higher efficiency in case of weaker signals in rural areas.
The device supports bands:
2G: 2 (1900), 3 (1800), 5 (850), 8 (900)
3G: 1 (2100), 2 (1900), 5 (850), 8 (900)
LTE TDD: 38 (2600), 39 (1900), 40 (2300), 41n (2500)
LTE FDD: 1 (2100), 2 (1900), 3 (1800), 5 (850), 7 (2600), 8 (900), 12 (700), 17 (700), 20 (800), 25 (1900), 26 (850)
The LHGG LTE6 kit is designed for outdoor use. The use of a directional antenna with a gain of 17 dBi and a main beamwidth of 25° requires pointing the LHGG LTE6 towards the nearest base station (BTS). The device can be powered by passive PoE or PoE according to the 802.3af/at standard. The kit includes a regular 24 V DC / 0.8 A power supply with a Gigabit PoE injector and necessary mounting accessories. The device features RouterOS system with a Level 3 license.
