The fiber optic blowing machine consists of two devices: a feeding unit and air heads.
This set enables the blowing of fiber optics with diameters ranging from 6 to 22 mm.
FEATURES OF THE BLOWING MACHINE
TOUCH HMI PANEL The fiber optic cable blowing machine is operated through a touch HMI panel. The user interface is simple and intuitive, giving the operator full control over the blowing process. Speed is smoothly controlled via a rotary potentiometer.
FIBER OPTIC BREAKAGE PROTECTION Double protection against fiber optic breakage. The machine detects not only the exceeding of the maximum pushing force but also the tensions generated when the cable hits an obstacle, halting the machine before reaching the maximum pushing force. Combined with the HYPERVECTOR SLIP-USE system, this protects against the consequences of improperly laid pipes and microducts.
ELECTRICALLY CONTROLLED PRESSURE The fiber optic blowing machine automatically increases the pressure of the driving rollers against the fiber optic as frictional resistance increases during operation. In the event of a sudden collision, the fiber optic slips on the driving belts, preventing breakage.
