The Optical GPON Terminals by HALNy, such as HL-1GE, are designed for operators and service providers seeking to expand the fiber optic capacity in their access networks. HALNy HL-1GE devices use a single-mode fiber optic thread for broadband services. The PON interface complies with ITU-T G.984.5, providing downstream throughput of 2.5 Gb/s and upstream throughput of 1.25 Gb/s. Gigabit service is ensured through the LAN interface.
