The Fibertechnic AERO FLAT Z-XOTKtcdp 24J G.652D optical fiber cable, reinforced with ITU-T Corning SMF-28 Ultra fiber, is a flat, single-tube, aerial cable with a tensile strength of 1.7kN. It is designed for installation on telecommunication or electrical poles, urban light poles, between buildings, or other structures, along building walls.

This optical fiber cable features a single-tube construction, high tensile strength, gel-filled tube with fiber protection and water-blocking (WB) construction, PE outer jacket, ripcord for jacket stripping, UV resistance, temperature range of -40°C to 70°C, reinforced with 2 FRP rods (0.9mm) and glass fibers, completely dielectric; equivalent to Aero DF. Maximum installation tension: 2000N.

All fibers from Fujikura/Corning SMF-28 Ultra fiber ITU-T G652D/G657A1 cables are color-coded according to the IEC 60304 standard. The tube contains up to 24 optical fibers and is filled with hydrophobic gel to protect the fibers from moisture and vibrations. For additional structural strength, two FRP rods are embedded in the outer HDPE layer. The cables are designed for aerial installations on spans up to 70m.
