Fiber Optic Splice Closure GFP-16C is a versatile solution designed for effective protection and branching of fiber optic networks. Equipped with four inputs for trunk cables and 16 outputs for client cables, this closure excels in aerial, underground, and duct installations. Its sturdy construction and high IP67 protection rating ensure reliable operation even in challenging environmental conditions.
One of the advantages of the GFP-16C closure is its versatility in mounting options, allowing for wall or telecommunication pole installation, thus providing flexibility and ease of integration in various environments. Inside the closure, there are four swing-out fiber trays, allowing for up to 24 splices on each tray, as well as space for mounting 24 SC simplex or LC duplex fiber optic adapters.
Made of polypropylene (PP), the closure is resistant to chemical substances, UV radiation, and extreme temperatures, ensuring long-lasting and reliable protection of fiber optic cables. Sealed with rubber grommets, the input and output ports provide additional protection against moisture and contaminants.
The product comes with essential accessories for installation and usage, such as splice protectors, protective tubes for fiber distribution, metal clamping brackets, a metal bracket for closure installation, mounting screws, black insulation tape, plastic clamping straps, port transit plugs, an alcohol pad, and a key for port seals.
