The FIBERM FSC-288-16IN-1OV is a high-quality vertical dome-type fiber optic splice closure designed for protection and organization of fiber optic cables in aerial, duct, and direct-buried installations. It is equipped with 16 round ports and 1 oval port, all featuring heat-shrink sealing with full mechanical strain relief, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environmental conditions.
The closure supports a maximum capacity of up to 288 fiber splices. The set includes 24 D1 splice trays, allowing efficient fiber routing, clear organization, and easy maintenance. The enclosure is manufactured from durable ABS material, providing resistance to UV radiation, extreme temperatures (–40°C to +70°C), and chemical exposure.
With an IP68 ingress protection rating, the closure offers complete resistance to water and dust ingress, making it suitable for long-term deployment in modern fiber optic networks where durability and environmental sealing are critical.
