FIBERHOME Optical Cable

The FiberHome F-DAC-02J.652D is an outdoor fiber optic cable designed for direct burial applications.

The cable is reinforced with glass fibers and two Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) rods embedded in the outer sheath. It utilizes single-mode G.652D fibers characterized by a low "water peak." The fibers are housed in a tube filled with hydrophobic gel to protect them from moisture and vibrations.

The outer sheath of the fiber optic cable is made of orange-colored high-density PE material, resistant to UV radiation, low and high temperatures (from -40°C to 70°C), and features high resistance to crushing (up to 1.2 kN) and tensile strength (up to 1.2 kN). The cable also exhibits good resistance to water, salt solutions, acids, alkalis, alcohols, and gasoline. The outer diameter of the cable is 5.2 mm.

To facilitate the removal of the outer sheath, a ripcord is included. The F-DAC-02J.652D fiber optic cable is suitable for underground installations.
