Description

The Universal Central Tube Cable is a series of fiber optic cables featuring a loose central tube filled with gel. The cables range from 2 to 24 fibers and include glass fiber reinforcing elements and an LSHF (low-smoke halogen-free) sheath. This makes them ideal for both outdoor (ducts) and indoor (buildings) applications.

Designation according to VDE standard: U-DQ(ZN)BH.
Compliance with standards ISO 11801-1, EN 50173-1:2011, IEC 60794-1.
Flame resistance according to standards IEC 60332-1-2, IEC 60754-1, IEC 60754-2, IEC 61034-2; Class Eca.

Construction:

Loose tube with a diameter of 2.8mm filled with gel, containing 2-24 fibers.
Reinforcing membrane: glass fibers blocking water.
Sheath: 1mm blue FireBur coating, UV resistant.
