The ZTT 72J optical fiber cable is a dielectric cable with a multi-tube construction (12 fibers per tube), designed for installation in telecommunication ducts. It is reinforced with aramid fibers and a central FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) rod. Additionally, to facilitate stripping of the cable's outer sheath, a ripcord is incorporated. Inside the fiber optic tube, there is a thixotropic gel that protects the fibers from moisture and vibrations. Single-mode fibers conforming to the G.652D standard are used, featuring reduced susceptibility to the -OH ions (Zero Water Peak). The outer sheath is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE, black), exhibiting high resistance to chemical agents and substances present in telecommunication ducts.
The Super Saver cable boasts a small diameter and high tensile strength.
