ZTT Fiber Optic Cable
The ZTT Fiber Optic Cable 2J DAC is a cable designed for direct burial in the ground. The cable's jacket is made of PE (orange color), resistant to water, salt solutions, acids, alkalis, alcohols, and gasoline. It is characterized by high crush resistance (up to 1.2 kN) and tensile strength (up to 1.2 kN). The cable's strength is provided by glass fibers and two FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) rods embedded in the outer jacket. The optical fibers are housed in a loose tube filled with hydrophobic gel, protecting them from water ingress. The cable is entirely dielectric and resistant to UV radiation. For easier removal of the outer jacket, a single ripcord is used. The G.652D fibers feature a reduced "water peak," and the minimum bending radius of the cable is 52 mm.
