The Ubiquiti U6-IW is an access point designed to work with the UniFi system. It supports the Wi-Fi 6 standard and can transmit wireless networks in both the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands simultaneously. It utilizes IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ax protocols in the 2.4 GHz band and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac/ax in the 5 GHz band. The maximum theoretical wireless connection throughput is 573.5 Mbps in 2.4 GHz and 4800 Mbps in 5 GHz. At the back of the enclosure, the access point features 1 gigabit Ethernet port 10/100/1000 Mb/s, which serves as both PoE power input and WAN port. In the bottom part of the enclosure, there are 4 gigabit Ethernet ports 10/100/1000 Mb/s, where the first one can serve as a PoE output. The maximum PoE output power is 15.4 W, and to use the PoE output, you need to supply IEEE 802.3at (PoE+) power input.
