Tracom SC-L5-D-B-36S 072J-03xP085VX-000 Sleeve

The series of Tracom dome enclosures is equipped with fully hermetic, heat-shrinkable, or mechanical entry/exit ports. This type of enclosure is used for the protection of fiber optic cable splices and branching applications. The housing is made of high-quality plastic resistant to UV radiation, low (-40°C) and high (+60°C) temperatures, and chemicals, making it suitable for aerial, duct, and underground installations. It has an IP68 protection rating. It is designed for easy and efficient installation. The organization of fiber optic strands in the enclosure is facilitated by fiber optic trays, which can be purchased separately, allowing the customer to decide whether they are needed and in what quantity. All metal parts of the enclosure are made of corrosion-resistant materials.

The Tracom L-36S-D fiber optic enclosure is designed based on the proven and very popular Tracom L fiber optic enclosure (144 6×P085). Unlike its predecessor, its capacity has been halved (space for 72 splices in three Tracom P085 fiber optic trays), making it possible to equip the enclosure with an integrated patch panel that allows the installation of up to 36 SC Simplex fiber optic adapters. Using the cable ports of the enclosure, a pre-terminated cable (Ready-To-Use) can be introduced and connected directly to the adapter, significantly reducing installation time and costs. The Tracom L-36S-D enclosure also has a shelf that can accommodate optical splitters in both STEEL and ABS Box housings. The mechanical port sealing system uses the included rubber grommets (see photo).
