Description

TDUX is a unique, wrapped cable duct sealing system filled with gas under internal pressure. It effectively seals cable ducts, preventing water from entering manholes and cable chambers. TDUX can be installed in sewage systems and conduits made of plastics, concrete, or steel. It seals sewage pipes containing cables with polyethylene or lead coatings.

Technical specifications:

  • Range of internal diameter of ducts for two cable diameters: min.: 25; max.: 35
  • Range of single cable outer diameter or sum: in ducts with min. diameter: 0-12; in ducts with max. diameter: 0-25
  • Additional TDUX-CL clips are required to seal ducts containing more than 2 cables. For further information, please contact your local sales engineer.
  • TDUX seals can be filled using various tools, allowing the TDUX sleeve to achieve an internal pressure of 3.0 ± 0.2 bar.
