Patch panels for RACK cabinets

Patch panels for RACK cabinets - a robust and durable solution for your network

If you are a network installer or a fiber optic network operator, you understand the importance of having reliable and high-quality equipment. Patch panels for RACK cabinets are one of the crucial elements in any network, and their selection significantly impacts its performance and reliability. Our panels are specifically designed to meet the requirements of even the most demanding applications.

The RJ-45 patch panel is used to terminate twisted pair cables in LAN networks within distribution cabinets. Individual ports of the patch panel are dedicated to specific connections with subscriber points or other distribution cabinets. Typically, patch panels are designed for mounting in 19” or 10” Rack cabinets.

A wide range of panels and accessories

We offer a wide range of panels for RACK cabinets in various sizes and configurations. Our panels are made from high-quality materials, ensuring reliability and long life. Additionally, in our offer, you will find a broad selection of accessories, such as patch cords, RJ45 plugs, as well as tools for installation and maintenance.

Connecting cables to the RJ-45 patch panel The RJ-45/IDC patch panel is equipped with IDC connectors for connecting installation cables, permanently integrated with the module mounted in the patch panel. Patch panels of this type typically have 12 ports for 10” racks and 24 or 48 ports for 19” racks.

Installation requires the use of appropriate tools, such as a Krone knife or IDC 110. Although this is a less flexible solution during installation and does not allow for arbitrary port configuration, it is usually a more cost-effective solution.

Excellent quality and reliability

As a supplier of panels for RACK cabinets, we place a strong emphasis on the quality and reliability of our products. Our panels undergo rigorous quality tests to ensure their reliability and safe use. Additionally, our panels comply with the latest industry standards, allowing for easy and secure use in any network.

Front panel The RJ45 patch panel has RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts, ensuring high-quality operation for over 1200 cycles. It provides quick and reliable connection of devices to the computer network. The sockets are compatible with various types of RJ-45 patch cords (e.g., CAT5E, CAT 6, CAT 6A, CAT7). Optimal results are achieved by using patch cords of the same or higher category as the device.

LSA IDC connectors The RJ45 patch panel has LSA IDC connectors on the back of the housing, color-coded for TIA 568A and TIA 568B connection types. They guarantee high-quality operation for over 300 installation cycles, compatible with popular network cable standards (e.g., CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, CAT7). Optimal results are achieved by using wires of the same or higher category as the device. Wires 22-26AWG can be used.

Keystone patch panel Keystone patch panels allow for any port configuration by placing various modules, such as RJ-45, fiber optic, HDMI, USB, and others. Cables are connected to Keystone Jack modules without the use of tools, and then the modules are placed in the patch panel. This solution allows for easy reconfiguration or module replacement at any time.

Keystone patch panels are most often equipped with Keystone RJ45 modules with gold-plated contacts, ensuring high-quality operation for over 1200 cycles. It allows for a quick and reliable connection of devices to the computer network, compatible with various types of RJ-45 patch cords (e.g., CAT5E, CAT 6, CAT 6A, CAT7). Optimal results are achieved by using patch cords in the RJ standard of the same or higher category.

Depending on the modules, cables with different parameters and dimensions can be used. To select the appropriate module, it is worth checking its specification.
