Description

The Opton ADSS-XOTKtsdD is a self-supporting, axial fiber optic cable designed for aerial installations. It is equipped with 48 fibers arranged in four tubes (12 fibers per tube). The tubes are twisted around a central reinforcing element - a 1.8 mm diameter FRP rod. The cable stands out with very high tensile strength of up to 4000 N and can be successfully suspended on spans up to 80 meters. The fibers used are of G.652.D type.

The outer jacket is made of high-quality HDPE, with a nominal thickness of 1.5 mm. The cable construction is reinforced with aramid fibers, and moisture protection is provided by a special blocking tape. The fiber optic cable is fully dielectric, and there are two ripcords in the sheath for additional convenience.
