The offered product is a special version of RB960PGS enclosed in a Power Box - a housing designed for outdoor installation. The device features 5 gigabit Ethernet ports, with ports 2 - 5 offering passive PoE or PoE+ 802.3af/at. The output power on each port depends on the input voltage, with a maximum output current for the entire device of 2 A. An additional advantage is the SFP slot, which is very useful when fiber optic cable needs to be routed to the pole.
RB960PGS-PB features a powerful QCA9557 processor clocked at 800 MHz and 128 MB of RAM. It is equipped with a QCA8337 switch chip, to which all ports are connected. This allows the device to be used as a standard Ethernet switch with support for port mirroring, as well as host/VLAN/rule table functionality. The Power Box Pro is powered by PoE (passive or 802.3af/at) or a DC plug. The input voltage range is 12 - 57 V. The device comes with RouterOS with a Level 4 license. A 24 V / 2.5 A power supply and a gigabit PoE injector are included in the package. The Power Box enclosure is designed for pole mounting.
