The M-42/48/16 ST cabinet serves as a mechanical shield for passive optical network elements. It allows for terminating cables coming into the building from the telecommunication central office, vertical cables, and the installation of optical splitters. • The cabinet is equipped with an optical switch with a 72J switching capacity (36 SC Duplex openings), two screws for mounting fiber trays, and holders for fiber organization. The switch is tiltable and detachable.

• The doors are solid and fully removable, facilitating cabinet loading.
• It comes standard with 2 openings in the upper corners and one in the lower corner (Ø38/29 - capped).
