Thermoshrinkable, junction protective sleeve for safeguarding connectors in non-pressure telecommunication networks - suitable for aerial, underground, or duct cables, gel-filled or non-gel-filled. The multi-layered structure ensures excellent resistance to mechanical damage during installation and subsequent operation. Integrated with a moisture barrier, the sleeve completely replicates the cable sheath structure across the entire connector area. Thermoplastic adhesive provides a waterproof connection between the sleeve and the cable sheath. The inner insert insulates the connector core and gives it the appropriate shape. With the use of a three-finger thermoplastic adhesive clamp, up to 3 cables can be inserted on each side of the sleeve. To create branch connectors, the BOKT-5S branching kit must be used for each additional cable. The XAGA-500 sleeve kit includes:
