HL-4GMV2 is an economical GPON ONT (Gigabit Passive Optical Network Optical Network Terminal), functioning as a GPON gateway unit designed to provide access to FTTH (Fiber to the Home) networks in a cost-effective manner. These devices utilize a single optical fiber to connect individual homes and businesses to the network, enabling access to high-speed broadband services, reaching up to gigabit speeds.
All products within the GPON family comply with current ITU-T standards for Gigabit Passive Optical Networks (GPONs). This solution is designed to optimize the deployment and development of service providers. The HL-4GMV2 project ensures multi-interoperability with various OLT (Optical Line Terminal) vendors. The ONT/ONU (Optical Network Terminal/Optical Network Unit) products are tested and demonstrate interoperability with most major GPON OLT vendors.
HALNy HL-4GMV2 offers one GPON port, four Gigabit Ethernet ports, a Dual-Band wireless interface (2.4GHz and 5GHz) with two external antennas, and two Voice FXS ports. This configuration allows the support of full triple play services, including high-speed Internet access, IPTV, and voice.
The flexible product design enables a variety of features and interfaces. All units have Layer 3 and Layer 2 support.
HALNy specializes in cost-effective designs and collaborates with service providers to improve their business models through a comprehensive range of standard products, supporting common industry requirements. HALNy also provides custom designs and services to meet unique customer needs.
The network interface complies with ITU-T G.984.5, providing a downstream speed of 2.5 Gb/s and an upstream speed of 1.25 Gb/s. The LAN interface allows for the provision of Gigabit services.
