The Fibrain OBP-S8 splice closure is designed for the construction of aerial FTTH networks, offering maximum capacity for up to 36 optical fibers. It serves as an ideal distribution point for optical fibers. The splice closure comes equipped with one splice tray by default, but there's an option to expand it with two additional trays, which can be included in the initial order or purchased separately. The design of the splice closure provides ample opportunities for organizing fibers inside the distribution box, while allowing for the installation of passive elements such as splitters or optical converters. The cover of the splice closure can be tilted at a 140° angle, and a special locking mechanism allows it to remain in this position, significantly facilitating installation and maintenance work. The splice closure is typically equipped with a cylindrical lock for additional security.
