Fibertechnic DAC Z-XOTKtcdD cable for direct burial in HDPE sheath
The FIBERTECHNIC DAC Z-XOTKtcdD cable features a lightweight single-tube construction weighing approximately 32kg/km, offering high flexibility and tensile strength. It is equipped with gel and water-blocking construction (WB), and an HDPE outer sheath (orange) providing UV resistance. The operating temperature range is -20°C to 70°C, and it is reinforced with 2 FRP rods (ø 0.9mm), making it entirely dielectric – the equivalent of DAC Z-XOTKtcdD. External cables are designed for direct burial in the ground with an outer diameter of 6.0mm.

The cable's construction allows for easy installation and provides high crush resistance (4000N) and tensile strength (1200N). All fibers in the cable are color-coded according to the coding standard. The loose tube contains up to 24 optical fibers and is filled with hydrophobic gel to protect the fibers from moisture and vibrations. To ensure additional structural strength, two FRP rods are embedded in the outer HDPE layer. These cables are intended for connecting customers to FTTH last-mile networks.

Minimum lifespan is 25 years! Manufacturer's warranty is 4 years.
