FIBERM Fiber Optic Cable ARAMID Z-XOTKtcdD 1.2kN, single-tube, diameter 5.5mm, Corning® SMF-28® Ultra fibers

The FIBERM-XOTKtsdD Aramid series of fiber optic cables represents the first offering of fiber optic cables from FiberM. These cables are characterized by a lightweight single-tube construction and a completely dielectric HDPE sheath, providing resistance to UV radiation and moisture. The temperature range is from -40°C to +70°C. The cable is resistant to crushing and stretching. The reinforcing element (FRP rod) used in the outer sheath ensures that the cable bends only in one plane. The maximum installation tension is 1200N. All fibers and tubes of the cable are color-coded according to the EIA/TIA-598 standard. Each tube containing up to 24 optical fibers is filled with hydrophobic gel to protect the fibers from moisture and vibrations. The cables are easy to terminate in field conditions.

Applications:
These cables are designed for suspension and operation on aerial supports of communication lines, urban electric transport, overhead power lines, and aerial railway lines under conditions of exposure to wind, ice, or their combination.
