The FIBERM PD-16/27/6 FTTH 12x SC Simplex Access Terminal Box is a reliable and robust solution designed for building FTTH (Fiber to the Home) fiber optic networks in multi-storey buildings. Its construction allows for efficient fiber optic infrastructure management, providing durability and protection for the installation.
This device is intended for wall-mounted installation on individual floors of a building. It provides a safe termination point for fiber optic cables coming from the aggregation point and vertical cables running to individual apartments or commercial units.
The terminal box also supports the installation of splitters in a Steel Box housing, allowing effective signal distribution and management in compliance with FTTH network requirements.
The enclosure is made from high-quality Magnelis-coated steel (1 mm thick), ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The surface is also powder-coated in light grey (RAL 7035), enhancing resistance to environmental factors and offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The box complies with the IP45 protection rating, ensuring increased resistance to dust and water, making it suitable for demanding environmental conditions. Additional protection is provided by a 3-latch cylinder lock with key code 827, preventing unauthorized access.
