FiberHome Fiber Optic Cable 144J DUCT is a multi-tube, robust cable (12 fibers per tube) designed for installation in telecommunications ducts. It is reinforced with glass fibers and a central Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) rod. Additionally, two ripcords are included to facilitate the removal of the outer sheath. The tube containing the optical fibers is filled with hydrophobic gel to protect them from moisture and vibrations. Single-mode fibers complying with the G.652D standard, known for their low susceptibility to -OH ions (Zero Water Peak), are used. The cable is entirely dielectric and characterized by good tensile and compressive strength. The outer sheath is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), black in color, exhibiting high resistance to chemicals and substances found in telecommunications ducts.
Intended for duct installation
